Which way should I mount my CPU cooler?

I'd mount it the normal way so the fan should point to the front.

Make sure to quote or tag people, so they get notified.

Well what are my options? Either fan pointing front or down? I can't do up or to the back right?

Depends on your cooler but, the way it would make sense is having the CPU cooler's fan pointing towards the top fan or, towards the front fan.

If it pointed to the back fan (which I assume is an exhaust) then, it would pull air away from the cooler's fan.

 

You could flip the back fan and make it an intake then face the CPU cooler towards that but if you do that make sure to flip the front fan so, it blows air out.

Make sure to quote or tag people, so they get notified.

Default options are fan pushing air through heatsink either towards top or rear. Or you can switch fan to pull air instead. None of those configs is any better than another. All are within 3C range, depending bit on other components and so on. It might be best pushing air towards top if you have ATX mobo.
