I am thinking of buying this laptop as an ultrabook for college and am hoping to get it before I return to classes in a few weeks. I can't find the laptop being sold anywhere, does anyone know when it will be available for purchase?

FeelingHaggard I found it very difficult to get as well.  I went to LG's website, found the exact model, and clicked "where to buy".  Only way I found to get it.  I got it Via Fry's electronics of all places, and they never have the thing I'm looking for.  Tried in vain via Amazon and Newegg.  They didn't seem to have it there, at least not yet.  Only older models.

this is probably going to be my next laptop purchase.

but my 14" toshiba satellite b4100 is holding up longer than i anticipated.
seriously a goo laptop if you happen across one. feature packed too.

i had to upgrade from the hard disk when it crashed to an samsung 850 evo SSD. and the core i5 5200u cpu in it has held up surprisingly well.
