cs:go streaming Choosing a Capture Card

Hi, I have a good PC
specs:

i7 7700K

Msi RX580

16GB RAM DDR4  2400MHz

Benq xl2411  144Hz Monitor

 

I would like to know which Capture card is good to purchase for recording and streaming, I play games like CS:GO, RPG, Dota 2 ..
Also I use DVI-D , for display and play on 144Hz, and most capture cards I see have input as HDMI , so could not understand which to guy.
