A Good or Bad computer? Plz help

I'm planing to build a gaming pc and I'm thinking of useing the following parts. I need help with things such as: Will it bottleneck? Is it good as it is or should I replace some parts? and all around generall feedback. Appreciate all help!

I'm planing to get an Acer GN246HL 24" and have no aditional monitor. I play games like PUBG, CS GO and sometimes Overwatch

Get a cooler like it says, and get a 1060, or a 1080(ti), a 1070 ti isnt worth it.

you can save some money by getting windows and office from reddit, use the money for an i5 and better gpu.

picked the mini to keep enough budget for office and windows, you can get a regular 1080 if you want.
