what is the cheapest 144Hz monitors that you could trust? (must be 21.5 in or more)

It looks like there are monitors from reputable brands that go down to around $190
my monitor was around $260

This one is the cheapest one from a trust-able brand on PC part picker:

It also happens to be the cheapest one on PC part picker....

but prices vary, and I would say the cheapest without sale you can find them is around $250 as far as I know.

The AOC G2460PF is the best budget option.

 

You will probably see a lot of recommendations for the XL2411Z, GN246HL, or VG248QE; these are all quite outdated models and I do not usually recommend them.
