How are you measuring temp? (some) AMD chips have very wonky way of both displaying temp and their temp sensors of working. How does temp act when you run something heavier?

well i measure it from speccy and CPUID HWmonitor and both say 65 degrees celcious when im only on 1 task bar on chrome and only that CPUID HWmonitor app.

also im not running the stock apu on this chip (amd a8 7650k) im using my own graphics card.

Also when i was applying the thermal paste from cooler master it was kind of watery texture and on youtube videos i see all thermal pastes that are kind of thicker

The heatpipes are fine, that is how they are welded together.

When they make it, one side is *perfect*, and the other side is open-ended ....like an open hollow pipe.

Can you upload a screenshot of your HWMonitor temperature measurements?

Would be best if you get a picture of the entire HWMonitor, and not just a section.

Useful Tip: Use the built-in Microsoft "Snipping Tool", and you don't need to take a picture with a camera.

What are the TMPIN0, TMPIN1, TMP2 temperature readings when under load?

Back when I had AM3, FM1, AM3+ (still have my AM3+ system) CPUs...TMPIN0 (?) should be the more *correct* CPU temperature.

I remember looking into this back in 2015/2016...because we had so many people on the forums here confused about the temperature readings on AM3+ / FM2 / FM2+. Depending on the motherboard, HWMonitor will either just show 'TMPIN0' or ACTUALLY say 'CPU'.

Just digging an old screenshot of mine...for my AM3+ FX-8350.

You can see, instead of 'TMPIN0' ~ 'TMPIN##', it is actually labelled as 'CPU' , 'Mainboard', 'SB', 'NB' and such.

This was for both my ASUS ROG Crosshair IV Fromula 890FX, and Crosshair V Formula 990FX ...on both Phenom II X9 1090T and FX-8350.

At that temp it seems to be normal, from what I remember normal for that CPU.
