Intakes in front, exhaust top and rear is a pretty common configuration.

I think you should put it as intake (on the front)
and just have a fan at the back pulling air out. (that way you don't require additional fans on the front and you have nice airflow to your gpu.

it does mean your gpu will get warmer air tho. but I doubt it will be an issue.

Honestly, the difference will be negligible.

But since you have an open-air cooler on your graphics card, here's what you can expect:

If you go for intake, you'll see marginally cooler temps on your CPU and marginally warmer ones on your GPU.

If you go exhaust, you'll see marginally the reverse with a warmer CPU and cooler GPU.

But the difference will be so minor as to not even matter. Just go with whatever looks best to you.

I think a 200 dollar CPU cooler is too expensive for an i5-8600K get a cheaper cooler and you could get an 1080 or i7

What is your budget for everything else and US?

it's a pretty good selection of parts, would be a nice build!

as stated before, intakes are generally in the front and exhausts in the top/back. the front radiator will heat up your pc a little bit, but it won;t have a significant impact on performance.

I bought the 1070 5 months ago, and an i7 8 gen will be above my budget

i5-8600K is 300 dollars

i7-8700K is 400 dollars

Kraken x62 is 200 dollar

upgrade from i5-8600K to i7-8700K = 100 dollars left for CPU cooler
