how to access data on a drive of foreign format

so i have a old ps4 drive with files and stuff that is important to me but windows reads it as not formatted or hidden. but in disc manager there is a drive with a dozen partitions [ see pic ] is there any software i can install on windows 10 that will let me see the data on the partition i seek?

The partitions on a PS4 are encrypted, so no.
