HELP! Static Pressure vs High Airflow for Radiator

In my pc build i would like to front mount my 240 mm radiator for my water cooling and was wondering if I should use high airflow or static pressure. I know if it was a radiator that wasn't front mounted I would put static pressure fans on the radiator and I would put high airflow fans on the front of the case. Although that does not apply as I am front mounting the radiator. So on that front mounted radiator do I use High airflow or Static Pressure.
