Mid-end. You'll probably run most modern games at 40+FPS depending on your settings.

Medium-low if anything. CPU is more medium-high but everything else is mediocre at best.

I consider a 570 medium'ish to more low end. 580 is the benchmark of medium in my book. The CPU is more high end. It won't be the bottleneck with any card unless you are playing on a stupid high refresh rate 1080p monitor...
