Pc won’t start

I'm pretty sure that everything was connected. I turned on the PC and the monitor blinked with a blue screen. There was a little blue light coming for the GPU cord to the power supply. There was no sound coming and the fans weren't moving. what should i do?

you mean like a flash from the electrical cable leading to your GPU?

no, like the led on the gpu

which brand is your GPU that could be an error code

Unplug from wall, press power button a couple times to completely discharge the machine, plug it back in and try to boot.

and the light was white or blue?
