Any suggestions for a 250 or cheaper 1080 or higher monitor?

My monitor just went out and I need a new one I have about 200 maybe 250 I can spend, it has to be 1080 or higher. Any suggestions?

If you are willing to fork out the full $250 and have an AMD GPU than this would be a great monitor for gaming. Even without an AMD GPU I feel this would be a great monitor.

Otherwise spend a bit more and go 4K 60Hz IPS, I'd go for 4k personally.
