Upgrading Fans

I currently have the "Fractal Design Silent Series R3 120mm" x4 in my PC. For this christmas, I was thinking of upgtrading my fans, for hopefully better airflow as well as quiter fans. I was thinking of the "Noctua NF-P14s redux-900 140mm" all I want to know, is can I just remove the old ones, connect the new ones to the same places as the old ones, and they will spin? I know, I know... This might be one of those "what the fuck why wouldn't you be able to?" moments, but I just know whenever I try to do something that I think is gonna be simple, it never is. So I just wanna be sure there wont be any compatibility issues, errors because god knows why.
