RGB over like 5c performance?

I'm stuck between picking the MSI Core Frozr XL, which has RGB on top of the heatsink, which looks really nice imo, and the R1 Universal which is a rather sleek cooler and doesn't look that bad. The price difference is minimal since I would be buying the covers for the R1 anyway so the price would be the same.

If anyone can give any input on which is probably the better choice in my almost fully RGB build.

R, better cooling. you can swap RGB fans on it and it will still be better

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
