Cooler madter hyper 212 lef turbo in source 340?

I have a nzxt aource 340 which supports 161mm cooler. I saw this hyperr 212 led turbo and liked it but its 16mm. Can the sheoud of the cooler be rmoved or its fixed? Will it somehow fit inside source 340 woth the shroud? I dont know how but i saw some people have fit it inspite of it being 2 mm more than the recommended cooler height for source 340 .. how? Help

Cooler is 159mm without shroud. And you can remove shroud if it doesn't fit with it.
