One of HDDs stopped showing as part of RAID 5

Right now one of the three HDD disks of the RAID 5 is showing up but not as a part of the raid. Its place in raid is occupied by 0 capacity HDD with the same serial and ":0". How do I diagnose if this is a controller or disk problem? Here is an Intel Rapid screenshot

I just need a useful application that can determine if this is a RAID controller  or HDD problem.
