backlight bleed on tn panel?

i have dell s2417dg i noticed it when windows boots there is a light line across the bottom of my monitor when looking at black screen, its noticeable in games when there is a dark scene, is there a way to fix it?

U can try open the panel and fix it with duchtape but i havent tried it myself.

Strange though usually TN has minimal backlight bleed maybe your monitor is defective or just getting old.
