Bottlenecking threads moved to build planning?

there always seems to be a massive number of threads surrounding does x bottleneck y that pop up in the general section of the forum (with about 5 ive seen just today), however i've never seen the actually get moved, would this be able to be something that we can start moving to the the new build / planning sub forum since they seem to fit into this category more than general? currently they don't have a real place so they just get left where they are posted.

well the general section is for tech related topics. there is no bottlenecking subforum, so i guess that's why they are there. 

 

moving them to the new builds section makes no sense, because a lot of people wanting to upgrade their old pc ask about botlenecks.

to be fair it is called "new builds and planning" so if someone is planning to upgrade and wants to know if their hardware is compatible i see that as more appropriate than general

the mods should just make another section for it. that's the most logical way.

They are moved. Mostly to GPUs or PC Gaming, depending on why question is asked. Sometimes to CPUs. I think they are also moved into NB&P. Haven't paid attention after reporting that much.
