Ubisoft Giving Away AC IV: Black Flag for Free This Holiday

Ubisoft is giving away Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and World in Conflict for PC this holiday season.

The games are free for all PC owners with a Ubisoft account, and will be available on a special Ubisoft giveaway site for a limited time. World in Conflict and its Soviet Assault expansion will be free on PC from December 4-11. Meanwhile, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag will be available from December 11-18.

 

 

The giveaway is part of Ubisoft's Happy Playdays, as well as a celebration of the 10th anniversary of the launch of World in Conflict and the creation of the Assassin's Creed franchise.

 

World in Conflict is real-time strategy game that explores an alternate history where the Berlin Wall never fell and the Cold War continued, escalating into a full-fledged invasion of the United States

World in Conflict is such a good game, good story too. I am surprised there is no sequel. I guess that being a PC RTS title it is hard to market to consoles, shame.

neat, ideally i would have lead with WiC as that game is way better than any AC game, also thanks for the heads up.

I wonder if replaying AC Black Flag is worth installing uPlay bloatware...

 

I played it in the Xbox 360 so long ago did really enjoy it from a pirate stand point... I'm divided...

never played it, and it is the only AC that I havent played. People say it is the best, but I never could get myself to buy it even at dirt cheap steam sales.

what?  it has the exact same amount of DRM as any steam game, its just on uplay instead of steam.
