Case Cooling - "80mm fan slot" worth installing the fan?

For a upcoming build I'm planning, I've run upon this case which is pretty much perfect. The Silverstone RL05.

I personally like to fill out the case with the maximum supported number of case fans but I never seen one like this before:

 

Front: 120/140mm fan slot x 2 (includes 140mm LED fan x 2),

80mm slot x 1

 

80mm slot? (Didn't know there were smaller fans aside from like psu fans) I'm guessing maybe that's something for the power supply shroud area? Would there be any real benefit to that fan?

 

I guess it might help the hard drives down there? (Assuming it's going like right at the front along the front panel like the 120/140mm fans just albeit at the utmost bottom of it inside the psu shroud area)

 

Frankly have no idea where it goes.

I would guess front bottom for under the PSU shroud.

Might help cool your HDDs but I've never had a prob with my basement. 

80mm size has been around for ages, just smaller fan = more noise.
