Help on opening apps on 2nd monitor

Hi, I recently just put up 2 monitors, I would like to use 1 for gaming, the other for web browsing etc. Problem is, whenever i open (for example) google chrome on my second monitor, it opens up on my main monitor, not my 2nd.

Is there any way to fix this ?

My monitors

Asus - MX259H 25" IPS LED FHD Monitor

and 

Dell 24 Monitor - S2418NX

You could set the app screen to be the default launch screen and set the games to run on your "gaming" screen in the games.

Once its moved over to the second monitor it should always open where it was last. For more optimized programs. If not it should be in the settings, remember position or something like that.
