so i have this image.png.3925b68e21598dacbd8bfecf7a489b4d.png its a bit old but i want to know some opinions on what should i do with this machine. i want to be able to game something like CS GO maybe some destiny 2. If i bought a 1070 should it be a good enough build? or should i consider building a whole new system? im trying to do this on the lowest budget possible. if i needed to get a new build i might as well get my gpu first and get it inside this machine and start swapping stuff little by little, maybe buy next the cpu and mobo. after that decent ram etc. opinions on this?

JUMP ON A USED 3770 (locked i7) and enjoy.

Done.. Finished... Awesome :P

I just built a Small form factor prebuild system (Dell Battlebox - GTX1050Ti)

i7 3770 / 16GB / SSD+HDD
8 Threads keep it super relevant in gaming, while not hitting the MAX FPS a lot to newer CPU's, you are still GPU bound almost always in almost all games.

Youtube the Dell Battle Box multiple games with this Dell i7 3770 + 1050Ti combo.

You'll see just how well the CPU holds up.

Worst Case Example. - Assassins Creed - Syndicate can use up to 80-90% of the i7 at 3.7Ghz, this is the most taxing CPU usage I saw being run on it, still had 99% GPU usage the entire time...

Many games won't use more than 4 threads, but the ones that do, this i7 benefits greatly over i5' CPU's and holds up to typical systems very well with midrange GPU offerings.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
