Will this build be good?

Before I say anything, let me just say that Vietnamese Pc component price is more expensive than in US or Canada. For example, for $600-650, you can probably get a system with a GTX 1060 and a core i5 (price change everytime). While in Vietnam, for the same amount of money, you can only get a GTX 1050Ti and a core i3 (or better depending on price/sales). So I want to ask you guys if this build has good value. Thanks!
