get a sempron single core from amd and thatll be more potato, but no, it cant run LoL

go for a ryzen 3 1200 and either a used 750ti or a new 1050ti

if you really wanted to run lol for cheap you would just go on facebook buy the cheapest oem pc and shove a 750ti in it
