My friend had told me that he build a pc in three years ago,and have a graphics card with 16GB vram inside.(seriously,he is some one bollshit unknown about pc) ,or he is using intel inbox graphics card running "Raise of tomb raider"??????

there are such cards but they are workstation cards and are really expensive, plus the gpu itself is just like the ones on the market at the time so it has way more memory than ou would ever need
