With all the news around government agencies being unable to unlock iPhones, i wonder if Android has a phone as secure as that. Is there one? (Im asking as i potentially would like to buy one that secure, but dont want to go Apple)

My guess would be no, android is built buy google if I'm not mistaken and google doesn't hide the fact that it records everything in its other departments

I dont know for sure though

Although you get a lot more options on android for disabling things, so it might not start secure but they dont hide things from you which means you can turn it off most of the time

Nothing, but im just insecure and dont want anything to be shared without my consent lol. (As little as possible, so dont go on the "its unavoidable" rant)

It's not necessarily about hiding something.

Not to cross the political line here OP but the only people that should really be concerned about such things are nefarious individuals, governments don't in reality spy on you unless they have a specific reason to target you.  (tinfoil alert)

Yea true but i am paranoid. I swear im not trying to ask for criminal reasons, im just OCD about knowing all my embarassing photos are accessible to me and only me
