New laptop for work/light portable gaming

Looking for suggestions:

 

I’m thinking of getting a new laptop for university work and some portable gaming.

 

I prefer 14”, I don’t mind 15, but nothing more.

 

Price, nothing above 2k. Around 1k-1.5k is nice.

 

I’ve seem the new razer blade b6, what do you guys think?

Issues not solved, avoid (VRM cooling, QC, support)

 

Gigabyte Aero 15 probably the best choice. MSI GS VR, MSI GE Raider, Clevo P950 also not bad but lacks battery life
