Cancelled Floatplane, but still have access?

I signed up for Floatplane Club on the 15th of October, and cancelled it before it renewed the following month. Strangely, I can still access the Floatplane subforum and watch the videos, as well as participate in the Floatplane Pilot areas of the Discord server. I'll try the resync fix and then update my post if that fixes it.

My plan all along was to sign up for a month and then cancel. I just don't want to pay $3/mo for the same content a week early (though having it for a month was nice).

I have the same thing, but strange that mine was suppose to expire on the 14th as well. Still got it for some reason...

No problem, just wondering why I still had this even though past the grace period. PayPal/Bank Account hasn't shown any deduction or so.

Should now be resolved. For some reason the forum wasn't removing groups correctly.

My card was stolen a few months ago (end of October). After cancelling my card, I still have access to Floatplane months later. This is obviously a major issue for you guys. How do I change the payment details, so I can continue supporting.

You were successfully charged at the end of October, and your access to Floatplane ended today (an hour ago at time of posting), 1 month and 6 days (the 6 days is to work around a PayPal issue) after your last transaction, as would have been expected.

Okay, that's good to know nothing is broken. How do I change the billing info? Or do I just resubscribe. Thanks for the quick response
