Do i need second heat-sink fan?

im running a ryzen 5 1600x with a hyper 212 led and ini overwatch im seeing 50 - 56c on my cpu and when rendering videos out of camtasia i get 60-65c these feel like pretty hot temperatures so would you recommend getting a second fan for my cpu heat sink?

Nope. 

 

Those temps aernt hot at all. Perfectly cool. IIRC the safe operating temperature of Ryzen is under 94ºc

If you can, change the included fan for a High Static Pressure one first (Something like a Vardar, which are far more potent). If not, well, add the Vardar as a second fan anyways, I'd suggest, they are among the best in the market
