My dad wants a new phone, and he really only cares about the camera. No budget, he’s already thinking of the iPhone X, just wanted to know if there are any better ones out there.

The iPhone is the only one to support 4k60 video recording so theres that, pixel 2 has a great camera as well and the V30 if he wants a wide angle lens

iPhone X has the best features. The Pixel has a good camera for stills only. Its video quality is sh*t.

 

Do not ever reference DXO Mark btw. Their testing and scoring methods are BS

I'd go with the LG V30.

Honestly, once you get to the higher end cameras it comes down more to features than which one looks the best. They're all pretty comparable. I like the wide angle that the LG V30 can provide.
