Razer Phone or Oneplus 5T?

Doosh

I need to buy a new phone in about a month and I am really struggling in picking between the  razer phone and the oneplus 5T they are both awesome but each has their own pros the razer has a 4000Mah battery front-facing speakers and a120Hz screen but the oneplus 5T an amoled displaymore memory and a 5.0 bluetooth compared to 4.2 on the razer phone I do use gear 2S which means my bluetooth is gonna be always on has facial recognition it's cheaper.
what do you guys say?

I'd personally go for the 5T. not influenced by the fact i own i 3T either lol.

Like the 120hz screen is a selling point, who the hell needs 120hz on a phone screen? very few scenarios(actually none i can even think of) where it would even come in handy.

PC - CPU Ryzen 5 1600 - GPU Power Color Radeon 5700XT- Motherboard Gigabyte GA-AB350 Gaming - RAM 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB - Storage 525GB Crucial MX300 SSD + 120GB Kingston SSD   PSU Corsair CX750M - Cooling Stock - Case White NZXT S340

Sounds like you subconsciously want the Razer Phone. Either of them will be great from what I've seen.

I edit my posts a lot.

actually I am leaning more towards the 5T right now because if the 5t has better battery usage efficiency then the extra mah might not matter

5T Its just a better phone.

Gaming Android phones don't exist. Especially when you are running the same weak Snapdragon 835 that every Android OEM is using.

Just cause its a big number doesn't mean its better.

In Techradars battery life test, it dropped more % than a Huawei Mate10 and LG V30, the lg is only 3300mah, and the huawei is equal at 4000.

Obviously can't compare to a 5T as it hasn't been released yet :P

welp then 5T it is I guess if it's bigger it's not always better if you don't use it efficiently (and that is also what I tell myself every day :D)

honestly the razer phone is just an overhyped scenario for someone to say : hey look at me i have a razer phone , yeah they make phones now too and i own one! ...

not that most expensive phones lean to that thing but specifficaly the razer is just for that . Hey i saw the unboxtherapy video too , i got hyped , i got mindfked and i said : damn i want that phone . but is it really worth it? most likely not...

I have the 5 which has identical performance.

The 5 (so 5T as well) are very fast, faster than any other phone I have ever used.  The 5T is cheaper and has pretty much the same specs except for the 120Hz display and larger battery.  I find Dash Charge to be so fast and reliable that I always finish the day with plenty of battery, and despite my minimal usage during most of the day, I have had this phone last two days with 20% remaining.  The 120Hz display on the Razer phone sounds great for Android, but I am yet to find any Android games that can take advantage of any proper graphics hardware to run above 30FPS, let alone 120FPS (or any decent games!).  The speakers on the Razer phone are great, but they don't replace a Bluetooth speaker or set of headphones, so for me, they're not good enough to make me feel like I'm missing out on anything.

I would get the 5T due to the very similar specs, minimal OS tweaks, great battery and charging and, of course, lower price.

Neither one is overly great but the 5T gets my vote for sure. It's significantly cheaper, and aside from a couple of nice features the Razer phone has, is a better overall device by far.

Size =/= great battery life. The Razer phone is actually quite shit, the OnePlus gets significantly better life.

Well, it does have a custom cooling solution which is supposed to be quite well designed. So it has that going for it (and honestly, aside from the speakers and high refresh rate, only that).
