Do I need more fans?

So I'm getting a be quiet! Silent Base 800 w/Window and I'm only using the 3 fans it comes with, 2 are 140mm fans in the front and one 120mm fan in the back. My GPU is Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB AORUS Video Card, and the CPU cooler is be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3. So do I need any more fans, and if so what size and how many? Thanks.

Well, what are your current temps like? If they are ok then no if they are too high then maybe.

The stock fans should be plenty already.

Then answer is obvious no. You can always add fans later. There's only aesthetic reasons for spending money before even building.
