Changing aio speed to 100%

Someone told me to change my AIO pump speed to 100% to get rid of buzzing, but I can't find a clear option in the bios to do this.

Attached a picture where I found the only settings. It's a single 3pin going from the block to the aio header  (4pin)

Cooler: Corsair H150i PRO RGB 360mm Liquid Cooler
Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair VII Hero
RAM: 16GB (2x8) Trident Z RGB 3200MHZ
SSD: Samsung 960 EVO NVME SSD 1TB, Intel 1TB NVME

Power Supply: Corsair HX1000i Platinum-Rated

Radiator Fans: 3x Corsair ML120
Case Fans: 4x be quiet! Silent Wings 3

How about you use the software in windows for this. Much easier. Gotta switch the control to manual in the bios and set speeds to max at all temps.

Pump Control --> DC (Manual)

All Duty Cycles --> 100%
