Settings > Personalization > Start > 5th option: "Occasionally show suggestions in Start"

EDIT: Oh wait, you didn't mean that feature..

Those aren't suggestions, I have that turned off. It just installs the apps randomly.

I had this when i first got my new machine, they came through with windows updates; if you haven't already make sure the machine is fully up to date then remove them and they SHOULD stay removed

Yeah, saw that just after posting.

If these programs are not in your apps list, I find it weird that it still installs them.. Has not happened to me.

Couldn't find any settings in the Microsoft Store that makes Windows 10 automatically do this :/

I have the store disabled :P I don't like it.

I also do have the latest update and I have forced windows update to stay off as it ruins my play time a lot.

When you install Windows, it update apps. All I can think, is that you uninstall app while it is being updated, so it came back.

Just let Windows finish what it is doing, and uninstall them after.
