Peanut Butter and Chicken

I currently have some breaded chicken breast baking in the oven. I am curious about the idea of putting peanut butter on it. The saltiness combined with the tender chicken sounds...interesting. Is this something i should try or skip?

You know, you could just season the chicken with salt and pepper. Adding peanut butter will burn the peanut butter. Lemon goes so well with chicken. Marinade it with lemon juice and include the zest overnight or at least two hours so that it'll be tender.

its 1:47 am, ive been drinking and im in college (so my spice selection is rather limited)

Since you are in college, you can try poor man's Pad Thai: boil some instant ramen and put in peanut butter for the last minute. Something I learned from my roommate back in college.
