Using a behringer ultra-di di20 to power my mic

I was at a pawn shop today and saw this but it doesn't have any USB ports to go to my pc since my mic needs phantom power and what would I need to use this with my pc

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV 

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500

(Active) DIs need phantom power to power up their internal circuit. They are not what you are looking for. Also, DIs are used to convert signal levels/impedance from unbalanced instrument level to balanced one.
