Thanks A Lot!

It won't Israel uses PAL and America uses NTSC

EDIT: If it's got a region lock to it that is. I'm not sure if it actually has one. I haven't used a disc in years.

They're video standards. Most places use PAL, NA, some of South America and Japan (and some other countries) use NTSC.

This only works with Disks, so if you have the downloaded content, then this will not apply to anything. This was the old way of stopping people form importing copies of films and etc from other countries.

After doing a bit of research on the PS4, looks like games can be played across regions just fine. Blu-ray is a different story, but games (on disk, it's different for digital download) work regardless of region.

Games, yes. DVDs/Blu-ray, no. (from what I can find at least). It was different back with the original Xbox from what I remember, things have changed.

Irrelevant as we are talking about HD and not the old analogue SD crap.

With todays systems, there is no PAL and Never the same Color no more.

I have an Asian physical copy of a game and it works on my NA PS4. I don't think DLC or digital games are locked. I think you just need an NA PSN account to use to download and purchase stuff. I recall getting an HK PSN account with a fake address (I think I picked a hotel or something) to access the HK store in case I wanted to buy something there. I still haven't bought anything, but I think the easy way to do it without getting a correct region credit card is to buy PSN gift cards for the region.
