Nokia Lumia 800 or iPhone 4?

I currently have a Nokia Lumia 800, I've had it for over a year now and Windows Phone really isn't good for me.

I have the choice to either keep it or swap it for an iPhone 4.

Both are old phones and I will be getting a new phone in December, so help me decide whether it's a good swap.
