I mean to be fair I want this setup to last me at least 4-5 years theoretically(unless I buy something else because I want to, but for example the setup I have now is 6 years old lol)

How many times have you replaced the cpu in your existing rig? If the answer is at least once, then chipset longevity might matter. Otherwise, pick what you feel best suits your needs today. Buy good quality and worry about tomorrow, tomorrow.

The reason I say this is because neither of us have any real idea about what will appear next year or the year after. It may be revolutionary enough to make us all go out and buy it. As likely it will not be that revolutionary and something bought today will continue to serve our needs rather well.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Other than the CPU discussion, I'm not sure about some other minor pieces, like the Corsair - 750D; maybe a Phanteks would be better, or a be quiet! ?

EDIT: Not counting that, in case of the double PC setup, I'd have to buy some audio-hardware equipement too, and set it up
