I was actually going to suggest a video like this for GPU cooling when I got my new bathroom exhaust fan, but then I checked that other video where you strapped a super high RPM fan to one and that fan moved more air so I didn't mention it.

Highest airflow PC, but without the higher power consumption parts? 18 Core OC'd with 4 OC'd power limit removed Vega GPUs with 5 independent PSUs? What are you doing with your life linus n team!

Also to get the same airflow you could have used 4 of the 1000CFM Delta fans that are 300W each.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Wanted to have good comparisons for performance so didn't want the CPU throttling during the initial testing.  Also was originally going to use Vega for this build but the back is closed so it wouldn't have been able to get the same airflow as the 1080Ti.

You could have spent 400$ on a single fan with 3300 CFM airflow and 550 mm diameter that runs straight from 115v AC and eats 285 watts : https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/ebm-papst-inc/W4E420-CP03-70/381-2580-ND/442148

Easier to make a believable video and less "shrouding" to do.

Or even better, mod the case slightly to replace the two 200mm fans with these 200 mm  195$ each Sanyo Denki 1100CFM 48v 8000rpm 600w fans  : https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/sanyo-denki-america-inc/9GV2048P0G201/1688-1694-ND/6192410

The PC would look like a regular one, because you could take two 48v power supplies and hide them under the psu shroud and you'd only notice the fans being much thicker... so the pc would look like one of those race cars that hide the powerful engines (can't remember the word right now)

But since the video was sponsored by Cooler Master for a case that honestly sucks at airflow, i can see why you guys preferred to remove the front panel completely.  With those high power fans under the front cover, i suspect the fans would have sucked air so hard that they'd break that plastic cover or the tiny air filters on the side.

later edit : and those 48v fans even have pwm wire so you could have routed the pwm wire to a fan controller and adjust speeds on the fly :)

If anything the fans in the back and top of the case were impeding the airflow from those two crazy things in the front.

We had all of the regular fans removed, except the rear exhaust although we had it unplugged so we wouldn't damage the header haha

When that top panel blow off you can tell that Cooler Master build quality.

Gotta shave those centimeters of material.
