Automatic post merging

Go to solution Solved by colonel_mortis,

There are, from time to time, legitimate reasons to double post (for example, reserving posts in a build log), so while it is something that can be enabled it's not something that we are intending to do at the moment.

Sometimes people double post right in a row when trying to respond to multiple people (I just did it by accident). Some forums merge posts if they're made within a certain time window (usually 5-10 minutes) to keep things organized.

Make sure to quote or tag me (@JoostinOnline) or I won't see your response!

That'll be nice to have. Has happened to me as well when someone else quotes me the moment I click "Submit Reply".

Just wanted to bump this so the staff will hopefully see it and say either way.

Mortis is busy with stuff. He'll respond to non-critical things when he's got time.
