Need help. Whilst moving camera in game textures and colours change.

Saeid
Hi, ive been looking around for a few days and dint find anything useful on this topic. Ive also made a thread in display but no one really tried to help with this issue and i hope someone here knows whats going on.

Alright ill try my best to describe this situation. when i go ingame (anygame) and i move around the camera the texture of things become Sharp, pixelated and contrast increases and its 100% noticeable and very annoying. i have a few recordings and i tried my best to capture it but lets just say its twice as worse as what you see in the videos. ive also recorded a video using the built in nvidia app and its not as noticeable as in when i go ingame.

From the research vie already done its most likely the monitor.

Tests ive carried out are:

Plugged pc in the home tv = No problems at all
Plugged pc in another monitor 60hz = just abit of blur no contrast or pixleation
Plugged montor in another pc = I am sure i saw abit of flickering but hard to tell as fps was very low.

Another thing that ive tried is disabling Adaptive brightness in win10 and reseting the monitors settings and also nvidia settings. MOST Impotently Ive disabled ACM witch i believe to be Adaptive contrast settings on the monitor as well as tried every other settings and still this problem exists.

My set up:

GC :Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 1060 WF2 3GB GDDR5 PCI-E
Moni: Acer GN246HLBbid 24 inch Wide FHD LED Gaming Monitor with 144 Hz, 1 ms, 350 nits, DVI, HDMI, Acer EcoDisplay - Black
PS: Corsair CP-9020102-UK CX550M 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Po Wer Supply Unit
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Desktop CPU - AM4/Hex Core/GHz/16MB/65W
MOBO: b350m-a asus

When this happend: (potential causes)

Downloaded PUBG
Changed some app settings for PUBG in nvidia app
Installed some c++ software and removed them afterwords

Anyway of fixing this? should i be sending the monitor back or is the problem caused by other things?
