If your doing manual overclocking, id say you would have to just kinda overclock bit by bit. It could depend on your motherboard, how well you have airflow in your case, ETC. aim for 4.4-4.5 as a starting point, make sure you can get your voltage as low as possible, and stress test a few benchmarks to see how it runs. Id say try not to go over the 73-75C for your highest peak temps as you dont want it reaching those temps as an average or letting them go higher.
