If this is in $USD, then yeah, assuming nothing's wrong with it. It's a fairly good $100 board, a $170 quad-core CPU, and I'm guessing may be $80 for the ram kit. The only question is why the low price? My "sensors" are picking up something sketchy.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x  Board: Asus PRIME X570-P  Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2x8) DDR4-3000  Case: Fractal Design Define S

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070  SSD: HP EX950 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME  HDD: Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM

PSU: SeaSonic FOCUS Plus Platinum 750W  Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S SE-AM4  Monitor: Viotek GFT27DB 27.0" 2560x1440 144 Hz

Hum sounds about right IMO, in £ it is anyway. Not a great deal something you could pick up as a bundle and save £50ish if its all brand new

Well, without the ram, I'd pay no more than $180. Many people are having issues with ram compatibility with Ryzen, so he may have simply given up on trying to get it to work right, and is trying to pawn it off cheap-ish. Offer him $150 without ram.

Sounds like a deal to me if you dont want the TV, at least you don't have to resell it else where

Micro Center is doing their bundle special again right now and you can get a Ryzen and mobo for pretty damn good prices. Not sure if you have a Micro Center near you, but if you do, may be worth looking there so you're buying brand new.
