double check the boxes and the ram stickers if you can also make sure this  stick I marked is in propley, might just be me lol but latch don't look all the way in

Removed all the front panel realized the legend has power and power button for top row but theres 4 pins? I had it on the first two pins before followed by led

yes so the LED+ and LED- go left side rear and the POWER goes on the 2 next to them like this, not sure of the orientation on the power connection though, I would guess the writing on the power button faces the bottom right so if it was plugged in now we would see the power+ writing

if your board is the ROG Rampage x299 it will come with a connector called Q-Connector, its made to make connecting the power, led, reset buttons much eaiser. looks like this though might bit a little different in size

That ram stick feels weird, i remember it didnt fit well in any of the slots. The latch is on but its not clicked like the others. Pressing down doesnt work either. Cant find ram sticks into bios.

Changed the connections and its working now. Like i thought the power button doesnt lit up when power is off

Yes like i stated when i installed the ram yesterday that specific one didnt fit well in the other slots.

my bad, must be the ram stick its self, no point trying ot make it fit if its the same in all the ram slots, you got a pic of the ram stick pin side, make sure its not damaged or anythink, maybe need to get another 4gb ram stick ?

looks ok to me, if the other ram sticks fit in the other ram slots then I would contact who ever you got the ram from and tell them the issue, maybe they will replace that stick or have to return and send you a new set

Turns out i removed that ram stick and it shows 8gb so its not that one

Found it, there was a stick slight lifted at the back, it shows 16gb now, thx man ?

first thing is to power off system the unscrew the m.2 screw and push the m.2 all the way in  as far as it will go, some people have had the same issue, then load the bios to see if it shows in there
