Installing An SD card reader and more

Installing this SD card reader to my custom computer I found from an HP Compaq computer, I hope there is a port on the motherboard that works with this. What kind of port would this connect too?

Most every motherboard has a usb header. Yours will definitely have one. They're usually along the bottom or right edge with the i/o on your left.

And on the first day god said: "Cue one GO" And there was light!
