High-Performance AMD cpu cooler

My stock cooler is strughling with my cpu (FX-8320e) and it runs at 45c to 50c idle, and i need i high-performance cooler, what one should i buy, preferably less than 60$.

What kind of dollars are you using? Are you planning to oc?

Well, kinda, i mean, just the amd turbo, not a real overclock, but i need a better one because my pc is frequently shutting down because of overheating

Yes, I meant currency. I thought you were using dollars since you used the dollar sign.

Seems really cheap tho. It's 35 in the us so...

That translates to less than $4. It's a buying/selling site and I think the seller is untrustworthy looking at their other listings and prices. 

The comments also indicate that the shipping might vary greatly depending on the location. It's hard to tell the actual total price from here.
