120mm fan ring attacment to add leds?

I saw a video on youtube not too long ago advertising this ring attachment which could nearly make any 120mm fans have led's by an attachment, my friend is looking for them to add to his Noctua fans, anyone know of a company that does that, i was thinking it was either bitwit or mind blank that did it?
