EVGA X and MSI Afterburner problems

So basicly my problem with MSI afterburner is, that it doesnt apply the OC on startup, even though i have apply oc on startup checked, also in msi afterburner the fans ramp up to 100% when i start it.

I downloaded evga X, and sometimes the fans ramp up to 100% on startup, but not all the time. 

I tweaked my gpu bios so that i have 0 fan mode enabled, my fan doesnt go belove 400rpm anyways, so i dont expect it to stop. But, when i adjust the custom fancurve, the fan doest go belove 900rpm unless i set it manually.

How about a screenshot of fan curve?

 

In Afterburner you need to save as profile before it works.

Yea iknow, ive also saved the profile in evga.

No idea on why the fans go mental when OC software starts

 

It doesnt go past 900rpm because you limit it to 30% in the fan curve graph

Iknow, ive set it manually to 33%, i have too because the custom fancurve i set doesnt work, when i set it to 0% at 50C, its still on 900rpm when it should be at 400rpm.... and so on.

Then no wonder. That means your BIOS mod doesnt work.

The bios tweak works, its just that the corsair fan is not designed to go belove 400rpm. I have a seidon 120m aio mounted on the gpu. And im trying to get that fan to respond to the gpu fan curve, witch it doesnt, and yes i have it connected to the gpu header, and yes i have a adapter for it.

Personally speaking this is the issue, you're causing Windows Software/BIOS conflicts of some kind due to modded BIOS.

I had this problem before i modded the bios, so i thought modding the bios would help, it didnt.
