Will my MSI Core Frozr L provide substantial cooling for overclocking a Ryzen 5 1600X?

I'm building a Ryzen based system and I plan to overclock it as much as my particular chip will permit me to. Will my MSI Core Frozr L give me enough headroom for at least a modest overclock and/or high overclock?

If you were curious about the rest of the parts of my system here they are:

Ryzen 5 1600X

MSI Core Frozr L

MSI Geforce GTX 1060 Gaming 6G G1060GX6SC

G.SKILL Trident Z RGB 16GB DDR4 3200MHz

Asus ROG Crosshair VI Hero (WI-FI AC)

Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD

Corsair Carbide Clear 400C

Corsair RMX 650W

Western Digital Blue 1TB HDD

Corsair AF120 Red LED Quiet Edition High Airflow Case Fans

If you haven't bought the parts yet, just curious why the 1600X over the 1600?

Most Ryzen chips will OC just fine on the stock cooler so you should be good with an aftermarket as well.

Okay, gotcha. I chose the 1600X because I wanted the slightly faster base and precision boost clock speeds just in case I got a CPU that didn't overclock well.
